Refund Policy

All products offered on the PowerKeys Publishing website are offered with a full 1-Year MoneyBack Guarantee.  This means that you have a full 365 days to work with the information and verify that it works for you.

At any time during this 1 year period (after the first 30 days)^*, if you feel that the information has not helped you, you may ask for a refund for your purchase.  Just use the contact form on the site, include the order number of your purchase, and if there were multiple products on the order, indicate which one you would like refunded.  In addition, because we KNOW our materials will work for anyone who USES them, you will be asked to provide proof that you actually used the materials for which you are requesting a refund.  This condition MUST be met in order to receive a refund.

I know this may surprise a few folks.  After all, many business 'experts' teach that "the customer is always right" and a business must bend over backwards to serve the customer.

In truth, this is exactly what we're doing, as it would be much easier to simply process any refund requests that come in without trying to help our customers get past their sticking points.  The extra service we provide is in motivating you to take action on the materials you've purchased from us, which may be worth far more than the materials themselves.

Luckily for us, over the past 5 years, less than 1% of our customers have requested refunds, and the majority of them had simply not tried putting the materials into action.  It is for this reason we have implemented our current "put it to use" refund policy.

Furthermore, most businesses these days will not give refunds on digital products or opened CDs due to how easily these products may be copied.  The fact that we offer refunds at all places our business in the customer-centric minority.

The form of this proof will be to answer a couple of very simple questions which may only be answered by someone who has used the material.  For instance, our newer material describes a Belief Archeology process for discovering limiting beliefs.  Proof may take the form of asking what beliefs came out when using this process.  For our meditation products, we may ask what you felt when listening to the recording.  As you can see, proof is very easy to demonstrate.  Our primary goal here is to encourage everyone to give the materials a try, because it is only in USING the materials that any benefit will be obtained.

In fact, we will go out of our way to do everything humanly possible to help you succeed.  Your success is worth far more to us than a few extra bucks, and in fact, worth more than the time involved to help you if you get stuck with the material.  What this means is that if you have any trouble whatsoever using our materials, and there is a spot available in Alan's coaching program, you'll get personal coaching directly from Alan Tutt himself.  Since Alan charges $100 per hour for coaching, this could be a very valuable asset to you.

If you have purchased a physical product, verified that you've used the material, and do not wish to receive personal coaching, you will be given a return address for shipping the product back to us.  DO NOT ship back a product without getting a return authorization.

For downloaded products, we realize that you cannot "ship" the product back to us.  In this case, as soon as we receive proof that you've used the materials purchased, we will process the refund request.

^* - The main reason for the initial 30 day waiting period is to further encourage you to actually use the materials, although a secondary reason is to discourage those who would place an order for a digital product with the intention of getting an immediate refund.  Online thieves are just a despicable as those in the real world.
