This meditation program consists of 3 audio recordings.  The first one is 15 minutes long, and guides you into a light alpha level, where it becomes much easier to focus on a single point.  Anyone experienced in meditation will recognize that this is the easiest way to learn meditation, and will help anyone clear their mind.

The second recording is 20 minutes, guides you to a deeper alpha level, and should be used only when you have mastered the first recording.  That's because in this session, you will be directed to let the single point of focus fade away, and focus on nothing more than a clear and empty space within your mind.  Those who have experienced this type of meditation know that this is one of the most powerful you can do.

The third recording is 40 minutes, and is for expert meditators, because it goes below the alpha level, into theta, and does not have a voice guiding you, but leaves you free to guide yourself into an expansive openness within your deepest self.

All 3 recordings include a BWE track to help you focus and drift into a deep meditative state.
