This Friday is a unique date that will come around only once in our lifetimes. 11-11-11.
Since 2001, we've had similar dates. 01-01-01, 02-02-02, 03-03-03, etc. And next year, we'll have 12-12-12. However, this year's "triple 11 date" is more significant.
The reason why is because of the significance of the number 11.
In numerology, each number has a particular meaning. When determining the numerological meaning of a particular date, name, event, or what-have-you, those who practice numerology will reduce everythng down to a single digit, except when the numbers 11 or 22 come up. These are considered "power numbers", and have special meanings in themselves.
To make this clear, perhaps I should cover the core meanings of the numbers themselves. Here is a summary chart, with key words in bold type:
- Zero represents the void. Nothingness with infinite potential.
- One represents consciousness. Awareness. Self-identity.
- Two represents polarity, which can manifest as a cooperative partnership or as an adversary, involving another person, a situation, or physical reality itself.
- Three represents form without substance. Ideas, plans, and dreams are expressed here.
- Four represents substance. Material reality. Manifestation.
- Five represents creativity, expressed as thought, art, or procreation.
- Six is the number of details, action, and motion.
- Seven is the number of balance.
- Eight represents karmic law. Cause and effect. Large forces which are difficult to change.
- Nine is the number of completion. Endings.
- Not usually considered on it's own, ten represents new beginnings, as it is 1 in another form. A new identity.
- Eleven represents an addition to self. Growth. Because this is another form of the number 2, eleven can manifest as a challenging situation, or as a mentor.
- As the number 11 combines the effects of both 1 and 2, the number 22 combines the effects of both 2 and 4, which can best be described as "dual manifestation." In essence, when the number 22 comes into play, things happen, with a great deal more going on under the surface than anyone else realizes.
The above is not meant to be a thorough reference on the meanings of numbers. Just a quick summary of the basics.
When numerology is applied to dates, the number of the month is considered, the number of the day, and the number of the year, both in full and in short-form notation. Once the 3 separate numbers are considered, they are reduced down to a single number for additional interpretation.
Okay, getting back to the significance of 11-11-11. Since 11 is a "power number", and represents growth, then this Friday is going to be one of the best days to facillitate growth in our lifetimes.
2011, when written in short-form, is 11. This makes the whole year good for growth, at least on a basic level. When written out in full, 2011 reduces down to 4, which is the number of manifestation. Combined, we have an excellent year to manifest growth, especially when working with a mentor.
To be completely honest, other good years would be 2009, 2018, 2027, or 2036, as all these reduce to 11 directly. However, they involve other numbers which aren't so good for MANIFESTING growth, such as 9 (endings), 1+8 (karmic law acting on self), 2+7 (balance in partnerships), and 3+6 (activity following form). 3011 will be good for the short-form again (involving the number 5, for creativity), but few of us will live to see that date.
Reducing 11-11-11 to a single number, we get the number 6, which is the number of action. My interpretation of this is that this date is a great time to take action towards growth.
To carry this further, when local time hits 11:11 (am or pm), the effect will be intensified further. Even more for the single second of 11:11:11. (Again, both am and pm.)
Just imagine the growth possiblities of using these dates and times to focus on your own personal development. These can also be the BEST times to activate the Law of Attraction to accomplish specific goals.

Would you have any thoughts on my upcoming birthday... 11/22/11? Since it will be one with three power numbers, I'm wondering what the significance might be, if any.

Besides this, the illuminati just might use 11-11-11 same as they did on 9-11 or the 11s that occurred on 4/20/10. These numbers are part of their occult symbolism. The 11s are their sign in mainstream media like the devil's horns. Although these numbers may represent good in the spiritual plane, they represent evil in the physical plane.

And what happens when you live, as I do, by a totally different calendar ? Well then, you have no choice but remember that any day is the best for your own personal development. There is not one day in a person's life that he can't find excellent reasons for considering as the best opportunity for growth.

Randolph, as you've pointed out, the association that 11 has with 2 can bring out polarity, or a conflict between opposites. Unfortunately, growth isn't alway easy, and sometimes it's these challenges which push people to grow when they have been resistant to it.
That's why it's important to be conscious of your growth, and to help facilitate it whenever possible.

As you've said, our own beliefs can influence the way we live our lives, and as I found when researching "Choose To Believe", our beliefs are actually be more powerful than physical reality itself.
Dawn, I feel that you're going to have a VERY interesting birthday. But then again, my guess is that this is somewhat normal for you, as every year you have the combination of 11 and 22 working on you.
A quick summary of how I interpret the numbers is that this year may represent a new beginning for you, as a result of large-scale forces. This comes from using both the short form and the long form of the year. With the short form, the combination reduces down to 8, whereas with the long form, it reduces to 10.
Someone who does numerology professionally would ask for your full name (and any "short form" you generally use, such as a nickname), and the year of your birth. These would all be used together to produce a "reading" on what to expect for your upcoming birthday.

I am extraordinary good in anything I do in so many various areas and I think that i have the balance for number 7 because im born 07.07 and actually 7 o clock in the morning as well.

Before I knew anything about the significance of these #'s I always thought they were messages from her whenever I saw them.
